I really can’t say enough great things about Carol! My husband and I have been looking for lake property on and off since our daughter was 4 years old. She is now almost 17! To say that we have worked with all types of Realtors is an understatement! About a year ago during the summer we were lucky enough to be interested in a property that Carol had listed. This lucky chance meeting with her as we explored the property ended up being a positive working partnership.

Carol is a local and not only knows about the lake and the properties that surround the lake but she is so positive, detail oriented and HONEST! Never one to push a sell if we felt that the property was not the right fit. Carol will tell you honestly what she thinks about a property, the price of the property, the location and what fun quirks the locals may have about the area. She was very patient with us as we looked for a property and was always willing to go the extra mile (literally!) to show us property after property.

Throughout the purchasing process Carol was in constant contact and walked us through each thing that we needed to do to purchase our lake home. Carol really knows the Nolin lake area, who we would need to talk with about certain questions i.e. dock transfer etc. as well as fun stories about her experiences living in the area. Carol really does know everyone!

Carol always responded quickly to emails, texts and phone calls and she was always upbeat and positive about the process of finding that right property that checked all of the boxes that were a must for us. It has been a very long process for us to purchase a lake property. She made the experience one that was more about how great it was to continue the journey knowing that at some point we would finally find a great place. She always said to us, “When you know, you know!” and would not be discouraged when we didn’t know!

I have recommended Carol to several of our friends that are thinking about purchasing a lake property. She goes above and beyond for her clients. That coupled with her fun personality and her honest ethics made working with her one of the easiest and enjoyable parts about the journey!
